How do I work with you?
After you fill out the contact form, we will book a call to discuss your needs and decide on the best solutions for you. We will then draft a contract and discuss payment options. Our first meeting will involve an in-depth discussion of how we will work together, sharing of necessary logins and passwords, and the commencement of our services.

What platform do you use?
We use HoneyBook, a comprehensive CRM that allows us to keep all documentation and communications connected. Clients have access to their own page to track project progress, hours used, view contracts, and invoices, and stay updated on all aspects of their services.

How will we communicate?
Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm. We primarily communicate via HoneyBook and email. In some cases, we can use other communication methods such as Google Meet, Voxer, WhatsApp, or text if needed.

Do you have a roll-over policy for retainer packages?
We do not offer a roll-over policy for retainer packages. Unused hours do not carry over to the next period.

What if I need hours outside of my package?
Depending on availability, additional hours outside of your package can be provided at a rate of $50 per hour.
